Larry Buchanan Larry Buchanan is the owner of Seaside Driving Academy. Larry was born and raised in the Berlin/Ocean City area. He graduated from Stephen Decatur High School in 1969. He worked for the Town of Ocean City Emergency Medical Service for 28 years. Larry has received many awards for his involvement in rescues and saving lives. He was named paramedic of the year in 2005. He is an emergency response driver of ambulances and fire trucks. He is a CPR instructor and instructor trainer. In 2006 Larry started Seaside Driving Academy. With his extensive knowledge of the emergency service field, Larry is all about saving lives. He enjoys working with young people, knowing that he can make a difference in their lives. Penny Butler Penny Butler was born and raised in Pocomoke City, Maryland. She is a graduate of Pocomoke High School and James Madison University. Penny has been teaching Driver's Education for the past 34 years. She taught driver's education when it was still part of the school curriculum and has been teaching outside the school system for the past 14 years. Penny is dedicated and passionate about teaching Driver's Education to her students. She keeps the students attention with her unique wit and stores of driver's education. We are proud to have Penny as part of the Seaside Driving Academy team. Joy Bramble Joy Bramble was raised in the Baltimore area. She and her husband Gordan, moved to the Ocean City area several years ago. While in Baltimore, Joy worked for the the Baltimore County Board of Education. She worked with handicapped children, children with ADD and ADHD. Joy has been teaching Driver's education in Baltimore and Ocean City for the past 14 years. Joy is very calm when it comes to driving our students. She is also very patient. We are very happy to have Joy as a part of Seaside Driving Academy.
